Plan Your Visit
to Sugarbush and the Mad River Valley

The Mad River Valley is quintessential Vermont. It's the stuff postcards are made of! Tranquil valleys surrounded by majestic mountains, with red barns dotted along the landscape and towns filled with quaint outdoor cafes, artisan shops and friendly locals.

At its centerpiece is Sugarbush Resort, the area's recreational hub and home to world-class winter skiing and outdoor opportunities that stretch through every beautiful season Vermont has to offer.

The Mad River Valley is a hidden gem, just over an hour from Burlington, Vermont's only real "metro" area. To get here, you'll travel winding roads alongside glistening mountain streams and historic covered bridges. You'll find yourself in picturesque towns like Waitsfield and Warren, filled with unique, neighborly charm that will capture your very heart and leave you longing for more.
