   Short Term Summer Rates 2007  6/1 - 10/14   

Properties: All rented properties are privately owned and rented out with the owner permission.
Rates: Do Not include 9% Vermont Tax and 3% Service Fee. Please add 12% to all rates. All rates are quoted per unit based on the number of occupants.
Deposits: 50% of the rent is due on booking. Reservations will be canceled without notice if deposit is not received. The balance including mandatory taxes and service fees are due 21 days prior to arrival (30 days for all holiday periods). US Currency, certified checks, money orders and credit cards (MC, VISA, Discover, American Express) are excepted forms of payment. No personal checks accepted within 21 days of arrival (30 days for all holiday periods).
Late Bookings: Reservations made within 21 days of arrival (30 days for all holiday periods), will be charged to a credit card.
Security Deposits: an imprint of a credit card will be taken at the time of check-in.
Cancellation: If canceled 21 days or more prior to arrival (30 days for all holiday periods), deposit is refunded less $35 booking fee. If cancellation is made within 21 days of arrival (30 days for all holiday periods), 50% of total lodging is forfeited. Cancellations or no shows within 48 hours of arrival will forfeit 100% lodging & applicable taxes. No refunds for unused portion of stay.
Housekeeping: Units are cleaned and equipped with linens and towels prior to arrival and cleaned upon departure.
Telephones: Each unit is equipped with a telephone. Local calls can be dialed direct. Toll calls can be made collect or by credit cards. All incoming calls are made directly to your unit.
Check-In: Guaranteed by 6 PM on your stated arrival date.
Check-Out: 10 AM on your stated departure date.
Late Arrivals: After hours check-in can easily be arranged by calling our office at (802)583-3000.
Pets: Limited Availability.
Day School: Please call the Sugarbush Day school directly to make reservations (802)583-2495.
Fitness Facility: Sugarbush Sports Center is a convenient public facility open to all guests for a daily fee.
