Here at Sugarbush Village Condominiums, we specialize in Sugarbush Rentals.
Our one to four bedroom properties offer a variety of lodging options all with fully
equipped kitchens, living rooms with fireplaces and color cable TV
Sugarbush Rentals is also the only condominium company on the mountain that
offers pet friendly accommodations.
The Mad River Valley is host to a variety of year round activities, from skiing,
snowboarding and x-country skiing in the winter to hiking, swimming, tennis and
biking in the spring and summer. Fall is of course a great to time here too!
Ski Magazine has given Sugarbush Resort the number #1 rating for terrain variety
and Outdoor Magazine has named Waitsfield, the Best Ski town in the East.
Sugarbush has 111 trails with 21 wooded areas, with Lincoln Peak elevation at 3975
ft with 2600 vertical feet and Mt Ellen at 4083 feet with 2400 vertical feet. With
seven quad chairs, two triple chairs, four double chairs and three surface lifts along
with their 70% snowmaking coverage, everyone will find what they are looking
for. Sugarbush is also the proud to offer the “Lincoln Limo” a twelve person luxury
snowcat that offers first tracks on powder days, sunset groomer rids and dinners
offered at the mid-station lodge. This snowcat is also available for spring skiing
excursions. They also offer ski and snowshoe tours into the Slide Brook Area, which
offers a fun way to explore the backcountry!
Mad River Glen is a unique a ski area as you will find. This skier only mountain (no
Snowboarders) offers an unspoiled and natural setting along with the last diesel
powered single chair lift …you can’t beat that! They offer beginner, intermediate
and expert terrain with all trails meeting back at the base lodge. Long known for its
expert terrain, Mad River also hosts plenty of variety for all levels and with approx
250 inches of annual snowfall, MRG is a resort you have to experience!
Ole’s Cross Country Center has the perfect terrain for all ski and snowshoeing
enthusiasts. Their 30 miles (45K) of trails are groomed for both classic skiing and
ski skating. Whether you like to ski on rolling meadows or in the woods, Ole’s is the
place to enjoy it all. For rentals, they offer Rossignol cross country skis. And their
ski shop offers Rossignol, Fischer, Salomon, Swix, and Toko and they offer Tubbs
snowshoes for rent.
As locals ourselves, we are happy to recommend Restaurants, with the Vermont
Chef of the Year right here at Timbers. Another local Restaurant/Inn, The Pitcher
Inn holds a top spot with readers of Conde Nast as well. We also have top rated ski
shops, Country Stores and of course the ever popular home of Ben and Jerry’s Ice
