There is a $25 pet fee per night.
POLICIES
Rates:
Do Not include 9% Vermont Tax and 4% Service Fee.
Please add 13% to all rates.
Deposits: 50% of the rent is due on booking. The
balance including taxes and service fees are due 21
days prior to arrival (30 days for all holiday periods).
US Currency, certified checks, money orders and credit
cards (MC, VISA, American Express) are excepted forms
of payment. No personal checks accepted within 21
days of arrival (30 days for all holiday periods).
Security Deposits: An imprint of a credit card
will be taken at the time of check-in.
Cancellation: If canceled 21 days or more prior
to arrival (30 days for all holiday periods), deposit
is refunded less 5% booking fee. If cancellation is
made within 21 days of arrival (30 days for all holiday
periods), 50% of total lodging is forfeited. Cancellations
or no shows within 48 hours of arrival will forfeit
100% lodging & applicable taxes. No refunds for
unused portion of stay.
Telephones: Each unit is equipped with a telephone.
Local calls can be dialed direct. Cell phone reception
is very sporadic so please consider purchasing a calling
card.
WIFI IS AVAILABLE IN OUR CHECK-IN CENTER
Check-In: Guaranteed by 6 PM on your stated arrival
date.
Check-Out: 10 AM on your stated departure date.
Late Arrivals: After hours check-in can easily
be arranged by calling 800-451-4326.
